Machine Operator

Twin City Staffing is seeking individuals to join us as manufacturing specialists / machine operators in our powder mixing room in Blaine, MN. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our operations by lifting buckets, measuring ingredients, operating machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4 am – 2 pm

Location: Blaine, MN

Pay rate: $18- $22/hr.

Duties of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:

• Lifting buckets weighing up to 50 lbs
• Measuring ingredients accurately on a scale
• Mixing according to basic recipes
• Operating sealers, baggers, circular saws, and other machinery
• Handling small plastic parts, large plastic bags, foam, and making custom assemblies
• Demonstrating manual dexterity and reading tape measure accurately
• Always Ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
• Mechanical aptitude, including experience with forklift operation
• Experience with sealers, baggers, circular saws, and hand tools
• Previous manufacturing experience
