Summer Internship

Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals.
• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

Project Summaries:

Human Resources

• The HR intern will conduct a market analysis on compensation, comparing it with the organization, assessing wage bands, standardizing job titles, and levels to support HR goals for 2024 and create diverse career paths.

CQV

• The CQV intern will research GAMP 5, 21CFR part 11, and data integrity requirements for GxP software. They will aim to create a Computer Software Validation Procedure for the CQV department, establish testing procedures, and enhance compliance through user manuals and efficient task management.

Engineering

• The Engineering intern will develop detailed work instructions for the "Engineering Process Manual" or "Germfree Standards Manual" through collaboration with various teams. The outcomes will include creating Work Instructions, Process Manual, and Standards Manual.

Supply Chain

• Supply Chain/Business Major to assist Supply Chain with an Inventory Management Process implementation project.
• Supply Chain/Business Major to assist Supply Chain with a Material Movement Process implementation Project.

Manufacturing Engineering

• Engineer or Supply Chain/Business Major to assist Manufacturing Engineering with a Value Stream Mapping Project.

Safety / Quality

• The safety/quality intern will transfer safety documents to a virtual platform with QR Codes linked to Smartsheet, create safety plans for department teams, and streamline manual tracking methods with the Quality team.
