Project Managers coordinate all activities related to the actual remodeling and renovation of jobs sold by the sales department, and takes a job from inception to final completion. The production department coordinates all the labor, materials, and subcontractors. This responsibility includes maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job.

The Project Manager has primary responsibility for seeing that each project meets these goals:

1. Job costs come in at or under the estimated budget.
2. The job is completed on time.
3. The client is left highly satisfied and is likely to refer others to the company for remodeling or restoration.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma
• Some college or equivalent experience and/or training preferred
• Basic knowledge of remodeling and construction trades, practices, procedures, techniques, equipment, materials, specifications, estimating, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes and zoning ordinances
• Supervisory experience.
• Attentive to detail
• Highly organized
• Basic mathematics skills
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid drivers license, including a good driving record
• Availability for extended work hours as required

Hours

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Pay Rate
Competitive pay based on experience.
