Superintendent
Full-Time (Great Temp to Hire Opportunity)
1st Shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Must be available for overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour
Paid every Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling.
- Lead construction teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating project progress and addressing any issues.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses closely, identifying opportunities to optimize costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- OSHA certification and valid driver's license required.
