Job Summary:
Crossroads Courier is seeking an experienced multi-site operations leader for our Regional Operations Manager role. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee small-parcel courier operations in their assigned region and provide strategic and tactical leadership to achieve success in day-to-day operations and meet long-term business goals. A successful Regional Operations Manager will be highly entrepreneurial, able to lead a dynamic workforce, an excellent communicator, and espouse our core values: Gritty, Efficient, Tenacious, Solutions Driven, Innovative and Takes Ownership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations
- Achieve business goals and financial targets
- Monitor, develop, and refine KPIs to further our data driven approach to Operations Management
- Perform formal and informal staff coaching, mentoring, and development sessions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement new business onboardings
- Launch and manage ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular on-site visits with assigned teams
- Serve as POC for escalated customer issues, including night/weekends
- Collaborate with peer Regional Operations Managers to achieve appropriate staffing levels in a dynamic business environment, network-wide 24/7/365
- Attend and/or lead weekly, monthly and quarterly leadership meetings
- Facilities management
Salary:
- $100,000 to $125,000 per year
- Biweekly pay

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar multi-site operational leadership role
- Previous P&L responsibility of at least $15MM
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 75%
