VectorCSP is seeking a dynamic Construction Analyst/ Compliance Inspector in Clovis, NM at Canon AFB. Requirements: Background Check Required Job Summary: The Civil/Construction Analyst provides technical advisory and assistance services for all types of construction projects and interfaces with clients and their representatives to provide functional support related to Program Management, Budgeting, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, and Engineering. This position mainly focuses on the coordination required to keep a project on track and to ensure all construction inspections are accomplished in accordance with governing plans, specifications and the terms of the contract. Education and Experience: * High School Diploma * Two years' experience in a broad range of construction support services. * Expertise in facility engineering, which includes the overseeing of construction and maintenance of building structures, facilities, roads, runways, airfields, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, water, environmental remediation, and sewage systems is highly desired. Essential Duties: * Provide functional support related to Program Management, Budgeting, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Engineering, Inspections, and Construction Administration. * Assist on all types of construction projects focusing on the coordination required to keep a project on track and to ensure timely and satisfactory accomplishment of all contracts. The contractor shall ensure all construction inspections are accomplished in accordance with governing plans, specifications and in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The contractor shall notify government representatives immediately upon finding discrepancies and deficiencies during inspections. * Assist in design and construction-related services, not connected with a specific construction project. The services may consist of developing design criteria, fact-finding studies, surveys, and investigations, Document Development Services such as design guide, standards and policy documents; prototype designs; technical studies/review, analysis; cost studies; design manuals; Planning, Programming, Studies, etc. and comprehensive/master planning, Installation Development Plans, and Area Development Plans. * Participate in research efforts in support of studies & analyses. * Lead presentation and discussion of work approaches to meet customer needs. * Recognizes possible issues and/or inconsistencies and communicates them. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Engineering and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.

This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. * Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. * Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. * Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. * Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. * Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. * Must possess a working knowledge of construction documentation and pricing; able to read plans and specifications and translate them into estimates. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and online. * Strong communication (written and verbal), math and analytical skills. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines. * Look up and interpret information in government documents (DoDI/AFI/AFMAN/AFPAM/etc.) without much supervision * Prioritize/manage tasks and execute them without prompting * Moderate understanding of computer use (input info into TRIRIGA) To apply, please go to https://vectorcsp.applicantpro.com/.
