As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the initial phases of construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the project development team to ensure the smooth and efficient transition from concept to construction.

As A Construction Project Manager You Will:

• Collaborate with general contractors and vendors in order to complete projects on time and within budget requirements

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, and project reports, while ensuring accuracy

• Review new site plans including civil, architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more

• Survey existing locations and prepare scope of work including necessary inspections

• Prepare plans for remodels of existing buildings to be converted to Club Car Wash locations

• Carefully store and file all all important materials

• Communicate effectively with Club Car Wash leadership, construction teams, and regulatory authorities to provide updates or address concerns

What We Are Looking For In You:

• 5 years of experience in the construction industry

• Experience with title companies, deeds, surveys, and underwriting preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time within the construction industry

• Proficient in Procore, Autodesk, or other construction management software

• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, problem solving, and time management

• Ability to work cross functionally with other departments

Location

This position will involve overnight travel to Club Car Wash locations
