Plastic Production (CNC) Machine Operators

We're hiring versatile Machine Operators to join our team in plastic and paper manufacturing. Responsibilities include operating various machinery such as thermoforming, injection molding, blow molding, and plastic and paper-making equipment. You'll be tasked with machine setup, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Operate plastic manufacturing machinery including injection molding, blow molding, and paper-making equipment.
-Set up machines, monitor production processes, and conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
-Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
-Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
Skills Needed:

- 3 years of experience operating plastic and/or paper machinery
-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate various types of manufacturing machinery.
-Attention to detail to ensure product quality and identify any issues during production.
-Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot machinery problems and make necessary adjustments.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Knowledge of plastic and paper manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
