Plastics Molding Supervisor โ€“ 2nd Shift
Essex/Deep River Area CT
Direct Hire | Up to $35/hour

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Plastics Molding Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM) leading a small production team in a fast-paced plastics molding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a small team of molding operators and production personnel
  • Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot molding and production issues as they arise
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in plastics molding or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of injection molding and production processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
