Estimator

All County Environmental and Restoration is a leading full-service repair, restoration and clean-up company. We are a stable and growing organization that has been in business for over 25 years, we are seeking an Estimator to join our team in Temecula, CA. This position will be responsible for estimating construction projects and managing the entire process from start to finish. Please see responsibilities and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule home inspections with homeowners in a timely manner
• Perform initial walkthrough to scope loss via sketch, photos and/or notes.
• Discuss scope of loss with homeowner, answer technical questions and attempt to capture business.
• Relationship Management with clients; communicate effectively to maintain client relationships.
• Generate estimates in Xactimate based on scope of loss while adhering to strict insurance guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to guidelines set forth from insurance agency.
• Understand and adhere to construction best practices and industry terminology.
• Stay in constant communication with internal staff, Insurance Adjustors, homeowners, property managers and any other necessary third party.
• Provide scope of work for subcontractor in various trades and/or in-house crew
• Identify quality from our staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee and assist jobs until close out.
• Write projected sales reports.
• Large loss, Expert Opinion
• Training and developing Estimators and Junior Estimators

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Estimating for an Insurance Restoration company.
• Highly Proficient in Xactimate
• Excellent customer service, follow through and the ability to oversee multiple jobs through close out.
• Ability to understand budgeting, scheduling and job costing to ensure profitable Estimates.
• College Degree a plus, but not a must
