Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Restoration Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the vital link between insurance providers, property owners, and our restoration services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment dedicated to restoring properties and peace of mind for our clients.
Duties
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to target insurance companies, adjusters, and property managers for restoration services
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to establish new business relationships and nurture existing accounts
  • Utilize CRM software such as Luxor to track leads, manage agent, adjuster, and property manager interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Engage in B2B sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our restoration services
  • Assist in the coordination of social media initiatives and participate in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness within the insurance sector

Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles with a focus on service-based industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience in business development within the insurance or restoration industry is a plus but not mandatory
