Job Summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by Bond is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
This position manages rebuild projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work, customer satisfaction, and compliance with insurance restoration requirements.
Responsibilities

  • Manage restoration reconstruction projects from scope to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and inspections
  • Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
  • Ensure job documentation, photos, and notes are completed accurately
  • Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and professional standards
  • Participate in emergency response/on-call leadership as required
  • Applicant must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction field

Qualifications

  • 35+ years construction management experience (restoration preferred)
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial rebuild practices
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Experience with insurance claims and project documentation
  • Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
  • Able to perform basic construction duties
