Construction Project Coordinator โ€“ Insurance Restoration (Supplementor)ย 

In Office โ€“ Indianapolis, INย 

Balance Claims is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator (Supplementor) to manage and drive construction job files through the insurance restoration process.ย 

This is a production-driven role focused on progressing files, maintaining consistent communication with insurance carriers, and ensuring projects move efficiently to completion.ย You will manage a high-volume pipeline of active projects and be responsible for execution, follow-up, and driving outcomes.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Be Responsible Forย 

  • Manage a pipeline ofย 80-200+ย active project files at various stages of the supplementing processย ย 

  • Work from estimates and documentation prepared by the estimating team to support file progressionย ย 

  • Communicate directly with insurance carriers (phone and email) to reconcile differences and move files forwardย ย 

  • Submit supplements with clear documentation and supporting materialsย ย 

  • Provide timely updates to clients throughout the lifecycle of each fileย ย 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Account Management, Admin) to ensure alignment and efficiencyย ย 

  • Deliver clear summaries and communication to clients upon file completionย ย 

What Success Looks Likeย 

  • Consistent progression of files from assignment to completionย ย 

  • Strong communication with both carriers and clientsย ย 

  • High level of organization across multiple active filesย ย 

  • Ability to manage workload and priorities without constant oversightย ย 

  • Reliable execution within defined workflows and processesย ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Strong communication skills, especially on the phoneย ย 

  • Ability to manage a high volume of files and priorities simultaneouslyย ย 

  • Strong follow-up and task ownership mindsetย ย 

  • High attention to detail when managing file documentation and communicationย ย 

  • Strong organizational and time management skillsย ย 

  • Experience in insurance restoration, construction, or Xactimate is preferred but not requiredย ย
