The right candidate should present and speak well with customers, learn quickly, be trustworthy with a company vehicle and thrive in a high paced environment.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities -- Check on crews in the morning and run errands to purchase material for them -- Fix tools to keep "in-house" crews working -- Work closely with business owner to learn quality control measures for siding, roofing, and crawl space work. -- Install and pick-up job signs from customer yards -- Close out jobs by completing the following: Running magnet in yard and landscape for nails and debris Speaking to customer to ensure satisfaction Returning excess material to distributor for credit -- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all builder and non-profit clients -- Communicate job completion status to office to allow for timely invoicing and vendor payment -- Take and send photos to office for social media promotion of projects Qualifications -- Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record, ability to use company vehicle for daily business use -- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast paced work environment -- Detail oriented and punctual -- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs -- Ability to withstand inclement weather, to include, but not limited to rain, extreme cold and heat -- Ability to communicate clearly with customers -- Proficiency with MS Office and email -- Ability to calculate figures and apply basic fiscal functions Compensation -- Competitive Annual Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 -- Sales Commission -- Vehicle - Tredegar Construction will make a vehicle available for business use. It may be driven home but not be used for personal use.

-- Fuel - Tredegar Construction will pay for the fuel necessary to run the vehicle. -- Paid Time Off - In addition to New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, you will receive 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
