Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $22.00 - $29.00

Position may require the ability to work nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.

Expectations:

Minimum 3 years experience
Strong communication and written skills
Customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and demeanor
Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot: PC, Software, Hardware, Application, Printing issues
Log all help desk interactions, through documented resolution.
Monitor/Assign/Respond to tickets in help desk platform.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Provide support using remote support technologies such as ConnectWise, LogMeIn and Remote Desktop
Add / Remove: User accounts, Email accounts, System Accounts
Provide onsite/deskside support when needed.
Answer helpdesk phone calls, process voicemails for helpdesk
Install/remove/upgrade - software/hardware/cabling.
Work with software vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
Communicate to users at all levels the status of assigned tickets and expected resolution.
Document troubleshooting process and procedures.
Inform the team of any issues impacting the organization (outages of circuits, services, websites, power, etc.)
Attends management required meetings.
Miscellaneous projects assigned by management.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Other tasks as assigned.
