HVAC Technician

Seeking a HVAC Technician in Austin, TX

Location: On-site in Austin, TX

Salary: $23/hr + 5 hours of OT at time and a half each week (incorporated without extra hours)

About the Position: Responsible for critical infrastructure systems, including power and HVAC. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, vendor coordination, and documentation of air handling systems and other critical infrastructure.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in data center environments

• Familiarity with data center, safety, electrical, and cooling designs

• Adherence to established safety practices

• Ability to work any shift in a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Basic typing, email, and computer proficiency

Shift: Flexible scheduling with rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities (approximately once every 2 months).
