Activities
- Rigorously inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of contaminants.
- Efficiently manage the supply of materials to keep production lines operating smoothly.
- Precisely arrange products for processing and packaging, ensuring top quality.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient workspace, enhancing overall production efficiency.
- Respond to a variety of job tasks, adapting to the needs of the day.
Requirements
- Maintain GMP standards to protect food from contamination.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Preferably able to read and write in English.
- Engage in a fast-paced manufacturing setting surrounded by various machines, changing noise levels, and different temperatures.
- Availability to work extra hours as needed due to production schedules and to shift between teams as necessary.
- Stay active throughout the shift, primarily standing and using your hands.
- Lift weights of at least 25 pounds independently.
- Comfortably work in either very warm or cool conditions, depending on factory location.
