Job Description:
As a Plasma Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plasma laser cutting machines. Your role will involve:
- Setting up and calibrating the plasma laser cutting equipment.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and design specifications.
- Operating the machinery to precisely cut various materials, often metals, into specific shapes and sizes.
- Monitoring the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep the equipment in optimal working condition.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating plasma laser cutting machines is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work the day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
