Plasma Machine Operator


About us:

Titan Products specializes in the design and manufacturing of foundation repair solutions for residential and commercial structures. We are skilled at custom fabrication projects as well as high-volume manufacturing. Our success comes from our commitment to deliver quality products, exceptional service, and continued support to our existing nationwide client base.

Titan Products is looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic individual to our team. As a Plasma Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to ensure high-quality welds that meet production standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting machines to produce parts according to work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
  • Load and unload steel plates, parts, and materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material-handling equipment.
  • Review cut sheets, part drawings, and work orders to verify material type, thickness, dimensions, and quantities.
  • Inspect finished parts for cut quality, accuracy, and overall workmanship.
  • Make basic machine adjustments, including consumables, torch height, cutting speed, gas settings, and program selection as needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and consumable changes on plasma cutting equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine or cut-quality issues and notify maintenance or supervisors when additional support is needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE, material handling, and equipment operation requirements.
  • Complete required production, inspection, and documentation records accurately.
  • Work with supervisors, maintenance, and other team members to meet production and quality goals.


What you’ll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
