Job description

We are hiring a Plasma Machine Operator to join our growing metal fabrication team. If you have experience with CNC or plasma cutting equipment and enjoy hands‐on production work, this role offers stability, growth, and a fast‐paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC plasma machines to cut metal components based on blueprints and work orders
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate cuts and dimensions
  • Set machine parameters including speed, cutting paths, and performance settings
  • Load and position materials using proper material‐handling equipment
  • Monitor production quality and adjust for irregularities or malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance to keep plasma equipment running efficiently
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Document production data including quantities and material usage
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
