We're looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities
• Relentless lead follow-up
• Follow the team plan
• Lead generation
• Set appointments
• Close appointments
• Close sales
• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent
• Database and CRM mastery
• Sales scripts
• Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer's agent
• Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
Qualifications
• Real estate license required
• Superb communication

• Sales experience
• Applicants must have a real estate license
• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Current U.S. driver's license and capable of traveling by car
• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
