Denver Law Firm Seeking Experienced Employment Attorney

Our client is a commercial law firm looking to hire an experienced Employment Specialist to meet the growing demand from its clients. Attorneys will be expected to provide counsel on all things related to employment policy and regulations and work with the litigation team to develop defense strategies on litigation matters. Qualified candidates will have their JD from an accredited law school, Colorado Bar admission, and a minimum of 5 years' experience with significant demonstratable experience in employment law.

Responsibilities include advising clients on employment policies, reviewing and drafting employment-related documentation, conducting legal research on employment law issues and contributing to client development and compliance.

• Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 D.O.E
  
• Bonuses: Based on collected revenue

• 1500 annual billable hour requirement
