Job Summary:

Join us as a Production Technician and become an essential part of our manufacturing process. You'll ensure our pharmaceutical products are produced, packaged, and labeled meeting the highest regulatory and quality standards. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a robust sense of responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to upholding production excellence.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate and monitor production equipment to guarantee quality output and streamlined processes.
Conduct routine machinery checks and maintenance, ensuring peak performance.
Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all regulatory standards throughout production.
Precisely document all production activities, including equipment logs, batch records, and quality assessments.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality.
Work closely with the quality control team to address and rectify any issues or deviations from standard procedures.
Support inventory management by handling and storing raw materials and finished goods appropriately.
Uphold a clean and safe working environment, in line with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a background in a scientific or technical field is advantageous.
1+ years experience in manufacturing or production, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in operating complex machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow intricate instructions.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are beneficial.
Capable of standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing manual duties as needed.
