Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. As an RV Service Advisor at D&N RV Service, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the maintenance process, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that our technicians have all the information they need to perform their duties effectively. Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking RV service and maintenance.

- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding necessary maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure that technicians receive detailed information about each service request to perform their duties effectively.

- Monitor the progress of service appointments and keep customers informed throughout the process.

- Conduct quality checks after services are completed to ensure that work meets our standards of excellence.

- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance history.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and enhance our service offerings.

- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

- Knowledge of RV systems and maintenance practices are preferred but not required.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for our guests.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
