What does an Automotive Technician do?

• Diagnose vehicles using tools and technology.
• Repair vehicles, complete upgrades, maintain performance and keep people on the road.
• Work with customers to understand the maintenance needed to keep their vehicle performing.
• Replace and order parts to complete customer repair.

Automotive Apprenticeships are 2 years and allow you to earn a certification as an Automotive Technician issued by the U.S. Department of Labor. Apprentices will work full time on the job with a dealership in their community and get paid while doing on the job training. AAG will facilitate the education needed (at no cost!) to make you a successful and proficient automotive technician.
