Job Description

Join our client as a Repair Administrator in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing repair administration functions and ensuring that repair vendors are meeting the necessary service levels.

Responsibilities:

Actively review and manage Repair Management Minimum Serviceable Pool levels for assigned repair vendors
Monitor and manage Repair Management scrap rates by part number for assigned repair vendors
Review scheduled Repair Management inbound routable parts for assigned repair vendors and make recommendations based on demands
Work closely with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure needs are met
Create and manage repair orders, sales, exchanges, and stock
Analyze repair quotes for accuracy and approve as needed
Assist with daily repair order reports and sales orders
Update inventory tracking system and maintain records
Perform Purchase Order Releases and manual entry of Shop Findings Reports as necessary
Review and manage individual and group KPIs as defined by management

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Inventory, Expediting, Procurement methods, and practices
Experience with forecasting, planning, expediting, and buying
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (Dynamics AX)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aerospace Repair Management Program
Knowledge of aerospace requirements, quality systems, and FAA activities
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
