Lead Business Development and Marketing Manager

Job Summary: As the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Optimum Care Hospitalist group you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our new medical ventures and developments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, contract work, sales like mindset and business development, particularly in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, acquiring new business contracts for the company and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, with a focus on new medical ventures and developments.
   • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other potential clients.
   • Collaborate with the internal office, Director of Operations and CEO to develop and execute effective sales strategies, contract executions and new business processes.
   • Be a critical component of building no processes and procedures within new business/departments developed.
2. Marketing Strategy:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
   • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
   • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to promote PCS Pakistan's medical billing services.
3. Client Relationship Management:
   • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
   • Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve services and address any concerns promptly.
   • Connect with new clients to gain further insight on pain points and to grow new business ventures.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine business development strategies.
   • Collaborate with external resources to acquire necessary documents or items when developing new practice ventures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business development, Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field. MBA or Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, medical billing processes, internal and external medical operations, and proper state requirements of new healthcare development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Has experience and proven track record of acquiring and closing new business contracts.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
