Summary/Objective
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate Health Wellness Director (AHWD) include managing day to healthcare operations Community ensure residents' needs are met. S(he) is also responsible for assisting in hiring providing leadership care team, which includes LPN's, CNA's, Med Tech's, Resident Care Partners, all resident program expectations met, allowing residents experience a state well-being family members satisfied with programs provided.
