Marketing and Sales Director

Full Time Days


United Methodist Communities in Camden County, a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director.


Requirements for a Sales and Marketing Director:

  • High School Education required, Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3 years required, 7+ years preferred of sales experience in hospitality or senior service industry with focus on CCRC, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and sales process software product.
  • CMP (Certified Marketing Professional) certification preferred.

Responsibilities for a Sales and Marketing Director:

  • Responsible for occupancy (improving or maintaining), process and programs, occupancy goals, local marketing activities, and sales activities.
  • Responsible for building relationships and developing referrals.
  • Oversees the daily management of local marketing and sales operations.
  • Responsible for meeting established sales and occupancy goals using the current UMC endorsed sales process.
  • Develops and executes the community marketing and sales plan in collaboration with VP of Marketing and Communications.
  • Conducts market competitive analysis, including market conditions, and competitive services/products in the market area.
