2nd shift Painter, $18.00-$24.00 - Lansing

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous painting experience with different brush styles and tools.
- Customer focused.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to set up blast pot and nozzle equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and varying environment.
- Use of thickness gauges to measure the thickness of paint.
- Experience with sandblasting surfaces and rust removal as necessary.
- Ability to remove previous paint-surfaces using masking or a chemical rinse.
- Able to follow technical documents to properly mix, induce, and finish paints..
This position is 8-10 hours daily Mon-Fri. Frequent overtime is required on Saturdays and Sundays.
