Seeking a Research & Discovery Attorney
Fulltime in the office (8AM to 5PM)
Busy and growing litigation law firm off Beltway 8 & Hwy. 290 (Tidwell Rd.) area is seeking a research & discovery attorney.
This position works closely with other attorneys and partners to provide support with clients and cases. This will include a broad range of activities, such as research, drafting documents, discovery, trial preparation, and communicating with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client services; communicate advice in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct research & discovery.
- Familiarity with e-discovery platforms.
- Excellent legal writing skills needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to seek expertise or share knowledge.
- Stay up to date with legal developments, changes in law, and know best practices.
Must be a fully licensed JD who has passed the State Bar in Texas from an accredited law school.
