Welder Fabricator

Job Description:

We're currently hiring a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and assemble various metal forms, contributing directly to the production of high-quality chassis, tank trucks, and dump trucks. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products according to provided specifications and project requirements.
• Install and repair various equipment and components, ensuring functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Calculate material measurements and dimensions to verify compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate weld quality, integrity, and tolerance levels, making adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. 

Position Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with team members and follow safety protocols.
• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Proficiency in interpreting and understanding engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in Aluminum TIG, Steel TIG, and MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to effectively manage physical workload demands, including lifting and maneuvering heavy materials.
