We are looking for a highly motivated, mechanically inclined individual with common sense. This position requires a strong sense of self-motivation, and mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision, as well as alongside the rest of the team comfortably when required. This candidate will be able to read a tape measure accurately to a 1/16", be reliable, honest, punctual, open minded and be able to follow directions.

Responsibilities:

• Sandblast and prep machines for paint.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property and shop equipment.
• Grounds and building maintenance.
• Lawncare and snow shoveling.
• Shop housekeeping.
• Maintain and repair shop vehicles and equipment.
• Load & unload trucks.
• Build shipping crates.
• Assist with assembly of customers machines when needed.
• Inspect equipment for safety and performance.
• Use hand tools, measuring tools, carpentry tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
