Who we are:
ICAST (International Center for Appropriate and Sustainable Technology) is a 501c3 nonprofit that delivers green upgrades to multifamily affordable housing (MFAH) properties to fight the affordable housing, climate change, and social equity crises. We motivate people to act, leading to results that foster local economic development, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. By 2025, we aim to serve 100,000 LMI households annually, reduce their utility costs by $270 Million and Carbon emission by 1.5 million tons, create 2,000 sustainable jobs, and invest over $100 Million in local communities.
Position Overview:
This position will help develop, launch, and manage ICAST's Healthy Buildings Program in the continental U.S.Duties will include but not be limited to, managing relationships with stakeholders involved in developing and managing a Healthy Buildings program, keep on top of current HUD and other grant deliverables for healthy homes and other duties and assigned.

Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3+ Years' experience with Healthy Buildings projects
- Certified Industrial Hygienist
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HUD's healthy homes program
- Experience with DOE's Weatherization programs
- PMP Certification / Demonstrable understanding of Program Management
- Proficient with M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with affordable housing customers and other stakeholders
- Developing relationships to support Program goals
- Establish a comprehensive Healthy Buildings program at ICAST and training relevant staff for your Program
- Creating, managing, and tracking plans for assigned projects
- Providing accurate and timely reports of Program status and Program metrics throughout its lifecycle to MF property owners, funders and ICAST Management
- Performing Program risk analysis
