Dental Patient Coordinator/Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team at our dental office in . As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. At least one year of experience in the dental field required.

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
