Looking to add an experienced Mechanical Design / Drafter with Machine Design experience to the group. Strong candidates should have a Machine Design background as well as be capable with AutoDesk Inventor.

Looking to add an experienced Mechanical Design / Drafter with Machine Design experience to the group. Strong candidates should have a Machine Design background as well as be capable with AutoDesk Inventor.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ Years professional Design experience
- Strong CAD Design skills
- Experience with Autocad and AutoDesk/Inventor including 2-D drafting and 3-D modeling. Solidworks, etc will be considered as well.
- Experience with ASME Y14.5 GD&T and knowledge of how to apply to detail drawings for manufacturing
- Ability to set-up drawings and detail views for manufacturing
- Experience with 3D Solid Modeling
- Strong mechanical inclination and an interest in a hands-on type of position
- Experience with Industrial / Production / Packaging Machinery including Structural Machine Frames, Kinematics, Precision Mechanisms, and Mechanical parts
- Knowledge of Stress Analysis including FEA/FEM and Hand Calculations
- Knowledge of Machine Controls (PLC, Servo, HMI, etc)
- Prior experience working with vendors to source/procure parts.
- Prior experience working with shop personnel and lead the initial build operations to assemble the machine
- Prior experience supporting startup, testing, installation, and commissioning of the machine
