Customer Support Agent - Junior Title Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, experienced automotive title clerk with the ability to resolve a high-volume of automotive title issues while maintaining excellent customer service. 

What That Means

You’ll be a key player. You’ll play an important part in resolving automotive title issues in all 50 states, improving our sales cycle, and working on Peddle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with our customers and partners to identify, record, and resolve title issues
• Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to maximize profitability
• Be a resource for our team for title-related inquiries
  
• Provide feedback to improve processes, resources, and tools

As a Customer Support Agent - Junior Title Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our vehicle inventory moves to sale as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. On a daily basis, you’ll handle a large volume of tasks which will involve phone calls, emails, and internal support. You’ll be problem-solving, handling conflict resolution, and building relationships with our partners’ title clerks.

Outside of resolving documentation issues, you’ll be responsible for notifying leadership when our reference materials need to be updated, and you’ll share your knowledge of titles with our team so they’re better equipped to deal with title-related inquiries.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years customer service experience (Automobile title processing a plus)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Well-rounded technology capability (Salesforce experience a plus)
  
• High school or equivalent education
