Responsibilities

Lead our sales efforts by identifying and securing new client opportunities throughout the region.

Analyze the specific needs of potential clients to craft comprehensive and reliable protection plans.

Serve as a senior point of contact for complex accounts, ensuring every policyholder feels heard and valued.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to ensure accurate coverage and competitive pricing.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to help foster a culture of professional growth.

Review existing client accounts periodically to confirm their coverage remains aligned with their evolving lives.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales portfolios.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead tracking.

Ability to communicate complex coverage details clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and retention goals.

Experience mentoring junior staff members.
