Job description

Summary

Under the direction of the Lead Agent, the Agent Assistant provides administrative and client support.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Lead Agent on managing real estate transactions from inception to closing.
  • Communicate with clients, cooperative agents and affiliate service providers on all transactions.
  • Assist in managing the Lead Agent’s appointments and weekly calendar.
  • Assist in the ‘field’ with showings, inspections, appraisals, closings and other appointments.
  • Assist in drafting sales contracts, addendums, amendments, and other contractual documents for Lead Agent.
  • Input listings, photos, schedule showings, draft agent remarks, etc.
  • Assist with marketing, client retention and business development for Lead Agent.
  • Help maintain an organized and up to date CRM system for the Lead Agent.
  • Help maintain an organized and up to date transaction management system for the Lead Agent.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Real Estate Salesperson License, or willing to obtain one. Preferably with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate brokerage/sales related activities.
  • High level customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral, written, and language skills to be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clear, effective and error free correspondence. Responds well to internal and external customer’s questions and speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
