The Titles Production Agent position will be an in-office position at our Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.​​
ABOUT US
The Savings Group (TSG), the parent company of RateGenius, AUTOPAY and Tresl, is the most diversified consumer marketplace for automotive finance, refinance, and protection plans. Through a network of more than 180 lenders across all 50 states, TSG provides consumers more choices for their origination and refinanced auto loans, while also delivering loan volume growth to its lender network and partners through a proprietary, web-based platform. 
SUMMARY
The Tresl Titles Associate is a production-focused role responsible for processing title and registration transactions for dealership sales and refinance files across all 50 states. This position is accountable for accuracy, compliance, and throughput in a high-volume operational environment.
Mail and administrative functions are not part of this role's primary scope. However, the associate is expected to be familiar with these processes in order to provide limited backup coverage when operational needs require it.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Process DMV title and registration paperwork for dealership sales and refinance transactions in all 50 states.
  • Identify deal type and perform audits in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Assess whether correct title documents were generated to support the transaction setup.
  • Accurately complete and submit title and registration documents per jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance checks prior to submission to the appropriate jurisdiction.
  • Utilize title and registration management systems such as VITU, WebDealer, and Dealertrack.
  • Manage files through completion, including contacting DMV offices or customers to obtain additional documentation or information when required.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the production scope.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Call center or high-volume processing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining quality and output standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

This position pays a range of $25-$27 per hour, determined by relevant experience, education, and training.
