Pilot Plant - Manufacturing Technician

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Weigh and blend ingredients for the development and manufacture of adhesives and coatings.
• Comply with all pertinent SOPs and/or batch records.
• Perform in-process and final inspection tests.
• Document and review data with accuracy.
• Familiar with Final Fill.
• Cleaning/ sanitizing of vessels and equipment.
• Write SOPs and other Quality documents.
• Write and implement deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Visual and physical checks/calibrations of equipment and instruments.
• Monitor inventory and place orders.
• Set up and execute projects and jobs independently.
• Troubleshoot and maintain process equipment.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with in ISO 9001, or equivalent, environments.
• Experience with production planning.
• Work well with a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Basic math.
• Windows, Word, Excel proficiency.
