Job Description

As a Bilingual Field Auditor, you will play a crucial role in helping uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence in commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner. Some of your primary responsibilities will be conducting thorough and comprehensive audits of current accounts and filling service roles for account. We are willing to train the right candidate to get them up to speed on our business model and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular on-site audits of account locations to evaluate compliance with operational standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
Perform walkthroughs of new accounts as needed.
Conduct on-site training sessions for both new and experienced certified business owners.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with both customers and business owners to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Assist in daily tasks within the operations department as needed to support smooth operations.
