Job description

SUMMARY
The Auditor (production) is responsible for maintaining a complete audit trail of card materials throughout all stages of production and storage. This role ensures the accurate tracking, verification, and documentation of all secure materials in compliance with internal controls and industry standards. This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm in our secure Bolingbrook facility.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Maintain detailed audit records for all card materials in production and storage, ensuring full traceability at every step.
  • Verify quantities of materials entering and exiting each department during every manufacturing phase.
  • Track and document all spoiled, rejected, or setup materials, including their destruction, in accordance with secure handling procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy for completed card products awaiting shipment.
  • Enforce compliance with internal audit procedures and industry regulations, including PCI standards where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor to uphold the integrity and consistency of the audit process.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all company safety protocols.
  • Uphold product quality standards in alignment with customer and regulatory expectations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or secure production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sequence and verify data.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic math proficiency, including decimal calculations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in proximity to machinery.
  • Visual acuity correctable to 20/20 and normal color vision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test, prior to employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the plastic payment card industry
  • Knowledge of PCI standards

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour and is eligible for an annual bonus.
