Job Description
Aegis Worldwide is a recruiting firm that specializes in the manufacturing and engineering industries! One of our clients in the Alabaster, AL area is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician on their 2nd shift!
Responsibilities:
- Preventative and predictive maintenance on facility equipment such as (hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's, electrical and mechanical)
- Prioritizes planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance activity for assigned lab areas in concert with production schedules and equipment maintenance needs.
- Creates, adds or changes PMs as needed.
- Schedules maintenance activities with contractors on Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
Must have requirements:
- Electrical, mechanical, Multi-craft knowledge
- PLC troubleshooting experience (specifically Allen Bradley)
- 5+ years of experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
