Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician for Gianco Companies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our Co-Working facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

This includes both preventive maintenance tasks, as well as responding to maintenance emergencies that arise while members are onsite. A "Jack of all Trades", our Maintenance technician is resourceful, hard-working, and great at applying common sense solutions to everyday problems. This position will initially be "Part-Time" with the possibility of "Full-Time" for the right candidate. 

• • Assist the leasing department in staging Offices for occupancy, from touch-up paint to moving office furniture. 
  • Furniture move-in and move-out.
  • Repairing Minor damage and performing maintenance on office furniture when necessary.
  • Performing building maintenance, such as member tenant damage. IE: window, door, or wall repair etc.
  • Maintaining the building's HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
  • Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components using hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, scheduled services, and equipment inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
    
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance needs.
