Rich Ice Cream is looking to fill multiple production positions with individuals that are excited and open to learning new things.  We understand that you probably never worked in an ice cream production plant.  All we ask is that you are willing to learn, as we are willing to train you and give you an opportunity for a rewarding career here making ice cream for kids.   

These positions will utilize mechanical and problem-solving skills while working closely with the Operations team, Receiving team, Warehouse and Inventory team, Food Safety team, and Maintenance team in the production/manufacturing of products by following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout the process.

The minimum requirements to be considered are as follows:

• Job History – Resume must show a minimum of at least 3-year average time at each job.  We are looking for committed team members.
• Problem Solving – We are looking for individuals that are focused on solutions.
• Team player – We look for individuals that like to be part of a team and are focused on team success.

No prior experience is required.  Resumes will be evaluated based on the following skills:

• Mechanical experience
• Pneumatic experience
• Electrical experience
• Strong math skills
• Forklift / pallet jack experience.
• Industrial equipment maintenance experience
• Computer skills
• Manufacturing experience
• Industrial Sanitation experience
