Job description

ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.
Creative video content creator (hype, highlights, promotions) for social media (all sports) and arena video boards at football, basketball, volleyball and baseball
Primary Responsibilities
• Creative video content creator (hype, highlights, promotions) for social media (all sports) and arena video boards at football, basketball, volleyball and baseball
• Shooting/editing/producing of a range of high-quality video content for use across ACU Athletics social/digital platforms and in-venue displays.
• Lead and execute the creative video content strategy with direction from Assistant AD for Communications and Director of Creative Services
• Complete projects in a timely manner, while meeting the overall strategy and philosophy goals of the department.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to maintain strategy and content calendar to produce videos and digital elements for internal and external promotional efforts.
• Assist in maintaining staff vision and philosophy for all social media platforms.
• Meet quick turnarounds to post high-quality videos. well as in-venue entertainment.
• Provide insight to push the department forward with emerging trends in social, digital media, as
• Assist with creative media needs in support of social media, marketing, recruiting, messaging, communications, ticket sales and attendance.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and messaging related to content and posting.
• Expect travel with multiple teams throughout the year.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• An undergraduate degree in a related field (multimedia, communications, etc.)
• Two (2) years of working in sports video production, including creative storytelling experience; strong knowledge of filming, photography, editing, color grading, audio mixing, and production required.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
