How This Role Makes a Difference
Care Access is looking for a Creative Video Producer who knows how to turn ideas into compelling stories. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You will help bring Care Access stories to life across a variety of formats, from event coverage and patient-driven stories to brand storytelling. You should be able to generate strong creative ideas and turn those ideas into a clear plan for execution.
In this role, you may be asked to find a compelling story around an event one day and conceptualize a mission-based feature documentary the next. You should be comfortable pitching ideas, receiving feedback, adjusting your approach, and moving projects forward without losing momentum. We are looking for someone who can stay flexible, collaborative, and focused on the final goal.
You will also need to be resourceful. Some projects may require you to coordinate with internal teams, identify outside vendors, or find creative solutions when timelines, locations, or resources shift. Strong communication will be important, especially when challenges come up or priorities change.
The work you create will help tell the story of Care Access, the people we serve, and the impact of clinical research on the future of medicine. We are looking for someone who can combine creative thinking with strong execution and who understands that great storytelling can help people connect with meaningful work.
The right person for this role is self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and energized by new challenges. You do not need every project to be perfectly predictable. You do need to be someone who can stay organized, think creatively, collaborate well, and help turn important ideas into high-quality content.
Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position.
