Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • 4 years of experience developing and maintaining partnerships with brand/merchant partners.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering and legal in a technology environment.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Analytical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills including an entrepreneurial and creative approach, attention to detail, demonstrated collaboration instincts and the ability to convey complex technical, financial or business details with clarity.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Passion for and understanding of YouTube products with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Growing Shopping on YouTube is a top level Google OKR. YouTube is already a shopping destination with 20% of YouTube daily active users viewing at least one shopping video a day (~0.5B users). The YouTube Shopping team is building experiences to make shopping content more discoverable, engaging and ultimately transactable to make YouTube more engaging for viewers, more valuable for brands and to give creators a new source of income on YouTube.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$161,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Activate campaigns with merchants (e.g., increase commissions for YouTube creators, YouTube-specific promo codes, etc.) to help them drive more sales through YouTube Shopping.
  • Support program management for our overall merchant campaign work stream.
  • Use our tools/dashboards to analyze performance/impact of campaigns.
  • Ensure that critical partner feedback gets back to the cross-functional team to optimize product development.
