Responsibilities
  • Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
  • Develop GTM plans, execute communication documents, and lead experiments/trusted tester programs.
  • Establish operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and driving annual business planning.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights and SQL-based dashboards.
  • Build actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
