Job description

Campaign Managers are responsible for owning and overseeing the lifespan of entertainment and music marketing campaigns. This includes interfacing with clients to align on campaign direction, working with influencers to maintain proper pacing of material, monitoring and reporting campaignactivity and providing best-in-class service to our clientele.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead on influencer marketing strategies across arising film/television and music releasecampaigns, working with internal teams and clients
  • Create clear KPIs for each influencer marketing project, allocate resources, trackperformance, manage budgets, and re-allocate/strategize as needed to achieve success
  • Manage data tracking and report analysis to the management team weekly
  • Source new influencer/social platform leads and manage current relationships withinfluencers within our internal network
  • Manage campaign elements from ideation to execution to reporting
  • Listen to, identify, and understand the needs and asks of influencers/creators with a goal ofdelivering mutually beneficial solutions
  • Prospecting new social channels/platforms and original/trending audios
  • Present to management/staff on influencer marketing best practices, campaign creation,campaign management, and reporting
  • Write compelling copy to be used in influencer campaigns
  • Analyze past promotions/campaigns and make recommendations based on trends and keylearnings
Preferred Qualifications/ Characteristics:
  • 1-2+ years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience
  • Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; influencer experience is a plus
  • Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete marketing plan for clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Monday.com, CreatorIQ, etc
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written - email/text message communications)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with notable clients/talent
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Twitter, TikTok,Snapchat, YouTube and YouTube Shorts).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
